I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, offering a stunning view over the rooftops of Venice Lido. The daily room service was excellent, although the additional charge of 35 euros per night for breakfast was a bit unexpected.
The hotel has spacious rooms with large windows and comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to cater to your needs. The location is ideal, just minutes away from the waterbus station and surrounded by beautiful attractions. The dining options are good but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the view over the rooftops of Venice Lido was stunning, the room was extremely small with paper take-away cups for coffee and a blanket instead of a duvet. On the bright side, the service was excellent, especially the friendly chap from Malaysia who was very welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, close to the vaporetto stop, and perfect to relax after a busy day exploring Venice. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming with a poor cold buffet selection. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
